Our Initiatives :

➤  Awareness Campaigns: We conduct extensive awareness campaigns to educate communities about the various forms of violence women and children face. We aim to challenge harmful beliefs, attitudes, and practices perpetuating violence through workshops, seminars, and community engagements.

➤  Trauma-Informed Care: Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, recognizing the impact of violence on survivors' mental, emotional, and physical well-being. We create safe, compassionate spaces prioritising survivor autonomy, choice, and dignity. Our services are designed to support healing, resilience, and empowerment, considering the unique cultural and historical context of Adivasi and NT-DNTs communities. Also, our dedicated team provides counselling, legal assistance, and referrals to help survivors navigate their healing journey. We ensure that survivors have access to the support they need to rebuild their lives with dignity and strength.

➤  Holistic Support: We take a holistic approach to addressing violence, recognising survivors need support beyond immediate crisis intervention. Our help encompasses a wide range of support, including legal assistance, access to healthcare, and educational opportunities. By addressing the multiple dimensions of survivors' lives, we facilitate their long-term healing and empowerment.

➤  Prevention Programs: We believe that prevention is key to ending violence. We work closely with schools, community centres, local leaders and different groups to implement prevention programs that promote gender equality, respectful relationships, and non-violent communication. By addressing the root causes of violence, we strive to create a future where violence against women and children is eradicated.

➤ Capacity Building: We empower individuals, professionals, and community leaders by offering capacity-building programs on recognising, preventing, and responding to violence. Our training sessions enhance the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively address violence, ensuring a network of informed advocates working towards a violence-free society.

➤  Community Collaboration: We believe in the power of community collaboration to end violence. We actively engage with Adivasi and NT-DNTs communities, local leaders, and organizations to raise awareness, address systemic issues, and foster a collective commitment to eliminating violence. By working together, we create a network of support and resilience within these communities.

Advocacy and Policy Change: We actively advocate for policies and legal reforms that protect the rights of women and children and hold perpetrators accountable. Collaborating with other organizations and participating in policy discussions, we strive to bring about systemic changes that create a safer environment for all.

Through our unique approach, we strive to create a society where Adivasi and NT-DNTs women and children are free from violence, their cultural heritage is respected, and they have equal access to justice, resources, and opportunities. Join us in our mission to end violence and build a future of safety, dignity, and empowerment for all.
